Yes, all Filtercoffeecrest containers are fully dishwasher safe. We recommend placing lids and rubber seals on the top rack for best care. Hand washing is also fine and extends the life of the rubber components. Never use abrasive scrubbers that might scratch the surface.

What materials are your cups made from?

Our cups are crafted from BPA-free polypropylene and food-grade silicone. These materials are durable, lightweight, and safe for hot and cold beverages. The double-wall insulation keeps your coffee hot for up to 4 hours or cold drinks chilled for 8 hours without condensation on the outside.

How long do the cups typically last?

With proper care, Filtercoffeecrest cups last 3-5 years or longer. The silicone seals may need replacement after heavy use (usually included in our maintenance kits). We stand behind our products with a comprehensive care guide included with every purchase.

Do you ship to all parts of Poland?

What sizes are available?

Our lids feature double-seal technology and are tested to prevent leaks during transport and daily use. When properly closed, they secure your beverage reliably. For the best seal, ensure the lid clicks fully into place on the rim. Always keep the silicone seal clean and dry.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Do you offer replacement parts?

Are your cups suitable for hot beverages over 80°C?

Yes, our cups handle temperatures up to 95°C safely. The double-wall design provides insulation so the outer surface stays cool. We recommend letting boiling water cool slightly before pouring to protect the silicone seals and maximize their lifespan.

How do I care for my cup to keep it lasting?
